We accept referrals for anyone aged 65+ who goes for long periods of time with minimal human contact. Our service is available for older people living in Brighton, Hove and Worthing. Our person centred assessment and review processes enable older people to benefit from one to one long term befriending, be supported to access other services/activities/groups of interest, and/or attend our own diverse range of inter-generational group befriending activities. When making a referral to our service you can be confident that we will update you of our progress. For a full overview of our process and time-frames please view our ‘Befriending Referral Process’ below. Our referral forms are also available to download from this page. Please email completed referral forms to email@example.com.
Alternatively you can fax the form to us on 01273 526695 or send a hard copy in the post to Sally Crawford, Time to Talk Befriending, Unit 2 West Werks, 41-43 Portland Road, Hove, BN3 5DQ.
To refer someone to our service please download the correct form for Brighton and Hove or Worthing below.
