Care, Health and Emotional Wellbeing: understanding fairness between different generations in times of Covid-19

Having just attended a webinar hosted by the University of Brighton (and other partners) about 'understanding fairness between different generations in times of Covid-19' I thought I would share the link to their research because it's 'hot off the press'!

We can definitely relate to the conversations being held about the need for more opportunities for inter-generational connections to breakdown barriers and missconceptions about age/ageing/attitudes. Some of the findings within the report compliment our own research and really cements the fact that our forthcoming Ageing Journey project is most definitely current and needed.

If you are reading this and have an interest in changing the narrative about negative ageing and are motivated to overcome loneliness across the life-course please don't hesitate to get in touch! We'd love to hear from you: 737710.

Your donations and support helps to change lives and overcome loneliness.

Could you support us financially? In doing so you will enable us to positively connect with older people who feel ‘invisible’, ‘forgotten’, and ‘alone’.

Regular monthly or one off donations make a significant difference to our Charity.

We need the generous support of our community, both big and small to improve the lives of society's most lonely, isolated and vulnerable older people.
